RedDwagon v1

Well first off let me say this was a fun theme to make and to me it looks good. Now let me tell you a little history on how the name Dwagon started.

Me and my buddy Spencer were Hanging out Playing total miner forge for the first time  we where in layer 700ish with all the lava and when the lava pops it makes a noise like a dragon flapping its wings and spencer bit into a molten hot pizza and burnt his tong  and he hered the lava pop he said holy shit a dwagon, do to the fact he burnt his tong. We laughed so hard..

So when i seen this dragon

when looking for icons for my Program i decided i wanted to use it some way..

I was using teamveiwer theme by zero so i modded the colors and called it red dwagon and i said hmmh im gonna need buttons, check boxes panels ect.. so i made it all and i was talking to zero over Pm here at hf he said i should release it so i am!!

1 - i tried hard to draw a border around the panel I need some help with this
